Maintaining regular communications with parents (on the phone, face-to-face and in writing), you will ensure that everyone who comes into contact with us enjoys a friendly, responsive and informed introduction to the school. As well as that, your wide-ranging role will include keeping administration up to date, planning events, maintaining our database, carrying out market research and producing reports when required.

Excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Word and Excel, strong organizational and problem-solving ability are important – and you should be able to manage your time and prioritise a busy workload too. Sound experience of working with databases is essential, combined with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
