Epsom College is looking to recruit a Maintenance Compliance Assistant to join their friendly team. This is new role at the College and there is the opportunity for it to evolve and develop along with training and career development.

Due to our continued success and growth, we now are looking recruit a Maintenance Compliance Assistant to join the friendly team.

You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of compliance within the day to day operations of the maintenance Department.

You will be required carry out statutory checks and maintain records including legionella testing, portable appliance testing and fire system and alarm testing. The successful applicant will have proven experience and knowledge within a maintenance environment as well as sound knowledge and understanding of statutory regulations such as health and safety, manual handling, COSH, Legionella, etc and how to apply them within a school setting. You will have strong communication skills, be proactive, organised with a can-do approach. Numeracy and literacy skills will be required along with competent IT skills.

This is new role at the College and there is the opportunity for it to evolve and develop along with training and career development.
