Working closely with the School's HR Manager and other senior staff this is an opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in Human Resources, learning best practice and developing their understanding of HR processes and procedures. This role will ideally suit someone who already has worked in an HR Department but is looking for a role which can provide the opportunity to develop their professional HR skills alongside their administrative ones.
The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week (07:00 to 15:30 Monday to Friday) throughout the year.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent administration and communication skills. They will be proficient IT users and have experience of working with HR databases. They will be resilient, calm under pressure and understand the need for confidentiality and discretion.
Applicants will have previous HR administration experience ideally in a regulated environment although full training will be provided. Previous experience of working in a School would be an advantage but is not essential.
