Candidates should have strong organisational, management and leadership skills, being able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. The Examinations Officer is responsible for managing the effective and efficient administration of external examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations and/or awarding body rules for exams administration and supports the administration of internal assessment and reporting.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, equivalent to 37.5 hours a week for 37 weeks of the year, though the exact hours worked will vary throughout the year based on demands of the examinations cycle.
The salary is by negotiation, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. The Princethorpe Foundation salary scale is associated with but some way above national scales.
