The successful individual will assist the Centre Manager to maximise the income potential of the facility; through memberships, pay and play, retail, and lettings, ensuring an excellent customer service provision for all users. You will be responsible for the Centre's timetables of events, producing promotions and advertisements for the Centre's website, implement debt recovery and chase systems in addition to providing financial reports to the centre manager on sales and expenses. You will work alongside a friendly management team to manage the Centre and be responsible for leading a team of efficient receptionists and support with handling a range of customer queries, with a solution-based approach.
To be successful in this role you will be educated to a good standard and have experience of working within a similar sector or industry. It is essential that you have proven experience of training staff and working as part of a team, managing social media, and creating marketing content. As part of the Centre's management team you will need to demonstrate a calm and professional manner, act upon your own initiative and draw upon your organisation and communication skills.

Hours of work: An average of 40 hours a week, with flexibility required to cover centre events.
Salary: £35,755 per annum
