Working within the Kitchen team, the role holder will report to the Head Chef, and has daily responsibility for Food Service Assistants, Kitchen Porters and Pot Wash in the absence of the Head Chef.

Hours of work: 80 hours over a 2 week rota, working either early or late shifts. Working alternative weekends.
Working Weeks: 41.4 working weeks per annum, you are paid for 47 weeks, to include annual leave entitlement
Salary: £13.06 per hour (£24,552 pro-rata per annum)
