HR Officer (Maternity Cover)
Farleigh School seeks an organised and efficient HR Officer to support the Senior Management Team in managing the HR function for the School. The HR officer also supports the Director of Finance and Operations in managing the School’s policies
The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of HR best practice and demonstrable experience as a HR generalist. First-rate communication and organisational skills as well as flexibility, attention to detail and complete discretion are all essential. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be a significant advantage and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday – Friday. This is a year round (not term-time only) appointment.
