The Deputy Bursar (HR & Compliance Manager), is a senior member of the Support Team, deputising for the Bursar in their absence. This role is primarily responsible for Human Resources delivery and management of the school requirements for compliance.
We are seeking an experienced HR and Compliance Manager to join our team and fulfil the role of Deputy Bursar.
The Deputy Bursar will keep both the Head and Bursar fully informed about all aspects of legislation whilst having the knowledge of current employment law. The role will provide a practical solution and focus on the HR function, working with the Head and Bursar to deliver a HR strategy that supports the School’s Strategic Plan.
In addition, the post holder will understand and ensure full implementation of the School’s policies and procedures relating to child protection, compliance, health and safety and other systems.
