We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Head (Academic) for our thriving Prep School. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Prep Headmaster. You will take responsibility for the quality of teaching and learning throughout the school, ensuring evidence-based, quality first teaching practice is embedded consistently. You will be passionate about inspiring both pupils and staff, encouraging a life long love for learning and empowering all pupils to participate and flourish, academically and personally.
